3 phase 380V input power, electronic circuit design that regulates mains fluctuations up to 10% and DC current characteristic provides excellent results in TIG welding of carbon steels and stainless steels. Also high quality weld beads with sound appearance are obtained by using Ø 2.5 – 5.0 mm rutile or basic coated and stainless steel type covered electrodes in un-alloy, low-alloy and stainless steel materials used in general manufacturing and steel construction industry.
Features
- Pulse feature decrease the heat input to the workpiece and thin materials can be welded without deformation.
- Due to the Bi-Level feature, two different current values can be used when welding. The preset current value can be reduced by half by pressing the torch trigger once. By pressing the trigger once again current returns to the preset value. To end the arc, it is sufficient to keep the trigger pressed for 3-4 seconds.
- In high frequency HF-TIG Mode, the welding process can be started without touching the tungsten electrode to the workpiece. But however in LIFT-TIG Mode, the tungsten electrode must be touched to the workpiece to start the arc.
