Ship Web and Bulkhead Welding

While it is primarily designed for welding webs and bulkheads in shipbuilding, it is also versatile enough for various other applications. Its lightweight, modular rail system can be extended as needed. Equipped with Inrotech-SensLogic® technology, the robot automatically detects structures and performs welding with precision.

Adaptive Multipass Welding

The Inrotech-Crawler® system uses a rail to weld along cylindrical parts, such as large pipes. Its design makes it adaptable to many applications, as the robot moves around the part, rather than parts being rotated to achieve optimal weld angles. It features proprietary Inrotech-WeldLogic® software, which automatically scans grooves, calculates the number and placement of weld passes, and adjusts welding parameters in real time.
