AEROMIG 3D 30-10

Ergonomic AEROMIG 3D booms, featuring three directional axes, are designed to optimize workstation layout and enhance operator comfort. For added safety, each boom is equipped with an anti-fall safety valve that locks the boom in position in the event of hydraulic hose failure. Using an innovative expanding parallelogram mechanism, the boom allows easy height adjustment of the wire feeder or supported tool, ensuring quick and safe wire reel changes. The parallelogram can be raised or lowered effortlessly using a manual crank.

• Vertical movement is controlled by a crank operating a jack, assisted by a gas lift for smooth and effortless adjustment
• Can be mounted on the building’s metal structural frame or installed on a stand
• Features double articulation at two-thirds of the bearing arm: 180° rotation at the wall mounting point and 350° rotation at the tool support
• Feeder bundle and extraction hose fully integrated into the boom body for a clean, ergonomic design
• Optional accessories available: connectors and compressed air kit (connection at the boom tip)
