Cuprarea de care beneficiaza UltraCore 360 C71 reduce eforturile in sistemul de antrenare si imbunatateste stabilitatea arcului, astfel marind si durata de viata a duzelor de contact.

Caracteristici

  • Tehnologia sarmei tubulare cu tub inchis, unde initial se formeaza tubul si ulterior se umple cu flux, protejează flux de expunerea la mediu, ajutând astfel la menținerea unui conținut de hidrogen difuzabil scăzut.
  • Cuprarea reduce frecarea in sistemul de antrenare oferind astfel stabilitate arcului si mareste durata de viata a duzei de contact.
  • Cantitete de stropi redusa si emisiile reduse de fum, determina un mediu de lucru mai bun si o imbunatatire a factorului de operarea prin reducerea timpului alocat curatarii post-sudare.
  • Nivelurile scăzute de hidrogen difuzabil H4, diminuează riscul de fisurare indusă prin hidrogen.
  • Performanța de exceptie a arcului și cordoane cu aspect placut si uniform.
