DETAILS

The TORCHMATE™ 1020d and 1530d plasma cutting machines are designed for quick setup, ease of use, and rapid return on investment. The frame features a down-draft steel table with expendable plates to support the material being cut. This table must be connected to a fume extraction system, which we recommend using routinely during cuts. The machines include a touch screen and an intuitive user interface with a library of integrated shapes, enabling immediate cutting. A software suite is provided to work with your programs, which can be loaded via USB drive. The TORCHMATE™ 1020d and 1530d are user-friendly and easy to maintain, with a two-year warranty. Utilizing FLEXCUT 125 or TOMAHAWK® 1538 technology, it delivers excellent compressed air cutting quality for carbon steel and stainless steel. This results in high profitability, long lifespan, reduced finishing operations, fewer burrs, and improved angular quality.
