Robust 2kW Handheld Laser Welding Package

The Flex Lase™ Ready-Pak® includes a 2kW laser power source, a HyperFill® capable feeder with market-leading reliability, an industry-proven cart, a laser-rated helmet, laser-rated safety glasses, and accessories to start welding steel materials out-of-the-box. Handheld laser welding can introduce a productivity improvement of at least 4x in the right applications. Lincoln-developed welding parameters for stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum provide optimal and repeatable weld quality.

• High Purity Regulator Assembly - This Ready-Pak includes a nitrogen regulator assembly with 0.5 micron particulate and low-moisture filter to provide extra protection against contaminants in the gas supply and help extend the life of the optical components specific to handheld laser welding.
