The On-Torch Robotic Kit provides high-vacuum source capture for robotic welding applications, extracting up to 90% of welding fume at the source without interrupting shielding gases. Designed to easily assemble to the majority of robotic torches, the kit accommodates 50-100 mm torch body diameters and 19-23 mm torch neck diameters and includes a 50 ft. extraction hose. The system uses lower SCFM compared to robotic fume hoods, providing a cost-effective, energy-efficient solution for welding fume extraction. Its on-torch design is also well suited for robotic cells requiring crane access where a traditional fume hood could interfere with part loading.
