Powered by Lincoln Electric's patented HyperFill® technology, this advanced twin-wire MIG solution delivers exceptional deposition rates while maintaining excellent puddle stability and arc performance. Unlike traditional twin-wire systems that require multiple power sources and complex configurations, HyperFill® achieves high-deposition welding using a single power source, single wire feeder, single contact tip, and premium Lincoln Electric wire, dramatically simplifying setup and operation.

Capable of delivering deposition rates exceeding 18 lb/hr (8.2 kg/hr) in semiautomatic applications and up to 24 lb/hr (10.9 kg/hr) in robotic applications, HyperFill® creates a wide, smooth arc cone that supports faster welding speeds while maintaining consistent weld quality.

The included Power Wave® S500 platform provides advanced connectivity, process control, and performance optimization through access to Power Wave® Manager and CheckPoint® Production Monitoring, enabling remote configuration, weld data management, quality assurance, and digital welding workflows.

Designed for demanding fabrication environments, the system features PowerConnect® Technology, automatically adapting to 200–600V input power while maintaining consistent welding performance. An IP23-rated enclosure, Smart Fan operation, and Lincoln Electric's efficient Tribrid® Power Module further enhance reliability, energy efficiency, and long-term durability.
