DETAILS
Flexible Configuration. Endless Possibilities.
The Power Wave® S700 Advanced Process Welder is built to meet the demands of heavy fabrication, transportation, and industrial manufacturing environments where maximum output, high duty cycles, and advanced process control are essential. Designed for semiautomatic, hard automation, robotic, and synchronized tandem welding applications, the S700 delivers the performance, flexibility, and reliability required for the most demanding welding operations.
At the heart of the system is Lincoln Electric's advanced iARC™ Digital Control Technology, providing processing speeds up to 90 times faster than previous-generation platforms for exceptionally responsive arc performance and precise welding control. Combined with advanced welding waveforms and high-output capability, the S700 is optimized for larger diameter wires and high-deposition applications while also supporting arc gouging operations.
Engineered for productivity and operational efficiency, the Power Wave® S700 operates at up to 88% efficiency with a 95% minimum power factor at rated output, helping manufacturers maximize energy utilization while reducing operating costs. The integrated Fan-As-Needed™ (F.A.N.) system further improves efficiency by reducing power consumption and minimizing the amount of airborne debris drawn into the machine.
Built for today's connected manufacturing environments, the S700 comes standard with ArcLink®, Ethernet, and DeviceNet™ communications for remote process monitoring, system control, troubleshooting, and integration into automated production systems. Every Power Wave® S700 also includes access to Power Wave® Manager and CheckPoint® Production Monitoring, providing advanced weld data collection, remote configuration, process control, and quality assurance tools.
With an IP23-rated Severe Duty design, the Power Wave® S700 is built to withstand harsh industrial environments while delivering consistent performance in fabrication shops, production facilities, and demanding outdoor storage conditions.
