The Precision TIG 275 is a versatile welding power source designed for a wide range of TIG and Stick welding applications, including maintenance and repair work with up to 5/32 in. (4.0 mm) stick electrodes. Its patented Micro-Start™ II Technology improves arc starting and stability, helping operators achieve consistent weld quality and greater control during starts and crater filling.

For aluminum welding, AC Auto Balance® automatically adjusts the balance between cleaning action and penetration, while manual AC Balance® controls allow users to fine-tune settings as needed. An optional Advanced Pulse Control Panel adds TIG pulsing capabilities to help manage heat input, reduce material distortion, and support consistent bead appearance.

With an output range of 2 to 340 amps, the Precision TIG 275 accommodates both thin and thicker materials. A side-mounted torch holder and connection panel help keep cables organized and provide convenient torch storage when not in use.
