FUMES DON’T STAND A CHANCE
The Prism® Mobile is a low-vacuum welding fume extraction and filtration system designed to deliver effective fume control for light- to medium-duty welding applications. Its compact size and portable design make it an ideal solution for smaller manufacturing facilities, training environments, and maintenance operations where welding activities take place in multiple locations. Please note that the Prism® Mobile is not intended for use with cutting or arc gouging applications.
Engineered for performance and ease of use, the Prism® Mobile provides up to 750 CFM of airflow through a flexible 10- or 13-foot extraction arm, helping capture welding fumes at the source and maintain cleaner air in the work environment. Actual airflow performance may vary depending on arm length, fan configuration, and system maintenance. An integrated internal spark arrestor acts as a pre-filter for larger particulates while helping prevent sparks from reaching the main filter. Operators can choose from a variety of extraction arm configurations or hose and hood options to achieve optimal reach and positioning for their specific work area. A convenient filter status indicator provides a visual reference of remaining filter life, simplifying maintenance planning and minimizing downtime.
By effectively removing airborne fumes, dust, and particulate matter, the Prism® Mobile helps create a cleaner, safer work environment for operators and nearby personnel. Its large filter surface area supports longer service intervals and fewer filter changes, helping reduce operating costs over time. The versatile extraction arm design provides excellent maneuverability and coverage across multiple workstations, while front casters and rear wheels allow the unit to be easily moved and positioned wherever fume extraction is needed.
The Prism® Mobile is ideally suited for use in small manufacturing facilities, schools and welding training programs, fabrication shops, and plant maintenance and repair applications.
