The Weld Booth Fume Extraction One-Paks include a weld booth, Prism Wall Mount Fume Extraction unit, and weld curtains. It is ideal for job shops, welding schools, and maintenance departments. The Prism Wall-Mount unit is equipped with a MERV 14 filter, One or two 1 hp fans, telescopic counter-weight fume extraction arms, and manual start/stop fan controls. This One-Pak ensures a comprehensive weld booth set-up that is safe, robust, and spacious.
Features
- Robust design, heavy duty steel construction.
- 5 x 5 or 6 x 6 - Larger-sized booths have enough floor space to comfortably fit both student and instructor.
- Powder-coated anti-reflective black finish paint is durable and reduces arc reflection.
- Booth walls have an open space of 18 in. at the bottom of the weld booth for air circulation and safety. (Exceeds AWS EG2.0:2006 Recommendation of 12 in.)
- Booth Curtain - Overlapping red-orange strip curtains cover entire entrance to booth and help to protect other students and workers from arc flash and sparks. Curtain material compliant with AWS F2.3m-2011.
- Telescopic Counter-Weight Fume Extraction Arm - Constructed with a balance system for stability, the arms can be placed in a fixed position easily. The 360° rotatable hood can be positioned at the welding arc to quickly capture fumes, while the baffle controls airflow.
