LINCORE® M 非常适合 Hadfield 奥氏体锰钢以及碳钢和低合金钢的堆焊和修复,焊缝金属抗严重冲击和中度磨损,当使用适当预热和层间温度以及焊接工艺时,焊接层道数不限。

NOTES

Note
As with all austenitic manganese welding products, interpass temperatures should be limited to 260°C (500°F) maximum.
A stringer bead, or at most, a slight weave is recommended to limit heat build-up. Excessive heat build-up causes manganese carbide precipitation that damages the toughness of austenitic manganese.
