The Torchmate® 4505 CNC Plasma Table is a single source plasma cutting systems designed and built by Lincoln Electric®. The table, the plasma cutter, the motion controls, and the CAD software are Lincoln Electric components. This means you receive a fully optimized system that allows you to start cutting metal the day your new machine arrives, helping deliver you a fast return on your investment. The complete system is backed by a 2 Year Warranty – giving you peace of mind that your machine will deliver exceptional performance for years to come.
Torchmate systems are backed by industry leading training. Torchmate Academy delivers a premium online training platform available 24/7 and produced by the top Torchmate experts in the industry, with easy-to-follow tutorials in high quality video, which gives you the confidence to operate your machine like a pro. With nationwide in-person training available, as well as the opportunity to have a Torchmate expert train you at your facility once your machine arrives, you’ll always feel that Lincoln Electric has what you need to help you operate your machine successfully.
Torchmate machines are available with short lead times – with machines shipping in as little as 48 hours, you can rapidly put a new machine into use and start taking on new and bigger projects. The system design refreshes for 2026 give you a new box tubing machine frame that has optional caster wheels to allow you to move the machine with one person around your shop. Integrated box tube fork pockets also allow for easy unloading by forklifts delivering an efficient set-up process. Your new Torchmate machine can be ready to run in as little as 30 minutes with proper electrical and air requirements in place – providing you with a working machine the day it arrives.
New and easy to use software options have been upgraded with features that enhance the machine's capabilities, and give you a smooth and intuitive interface to work with. Finally, the innovative machine frame allows users to customize optional shelving, can holders, work benches and more. A universal pattern allows for many different configurations based on your shop layout.
