The Linc-Cut™ 1530S 6kW fiber laser cutting cell offers you the highest cut quality for your sheet metal fabrication needs, with an emphasis on production throughput. With two material beds, one inside the machine cell processing while the other is outside for unloading or loading of a new sheet. With a mechanical lift shuttle bed, the height in of the bed in relation to the cutting head inside the machine cell is the same regardless of which bed is inside. This reduces the tool stick out, ensuring full speed performance of the 1.5G’s, and 3,937 inches per minute the system is engineered to perform at. With an emphasis on ease of setup and operation, you too can be quickly installed and in operation producing parts. The fully enclosed cell is light safe from the infrared emission of the laser cutting process, and is fully Class 1 CDRH certified and registered with the FDA. This also allows the capture of fume and particulate matter with a smaller, more effective air filtration system. Lincoln Electric has your safety in mind with over a decade of industrial laser welding and cutting experience to ensure that any machine operator or bystander is protected, intrinsically.
With a capacity for 5’x10’ sheets, the external shuttle bed allows the use of a forklift or overhead material loading option when feeding your Linc-Cut system material. Each shuttle bed’s rated capacity is 3,088 lbs, which is equivalent to a 1.5” 5’x10’ sheet of A36 carbon steel. Automatic shuttle swap via the HMI offers a smooth operator experience that is intuitive and ergonomically easy, even when fully loaded.
With the output of a 6kW Fiber Laser, these compact power supplies come pre-connected to the machine, enabling faster installations with less risk of damaging the fiber optic lead. With a production capacity of up to 1" Carbon Steel, these systems are designed to complement the higher output powers of a modern fiber laser cutting system.
