Torchmate® 5100 Plasma Cutting Tables

The Torchmate® 5100 CNC plasma cutting system by Lincoln Electric® is a single source engineered plasma cutting table developed to deliver exceptional repeatability, accuracy, and speed. Rapid delivery and setup time get your machine up and running quickly. Paired with the Lincoln Electric Fineline High Definition plasma cutting system and Magnum Quick Disconnect torch, this All Lincoln Electric system is engineered to work together for superior cut quality and performance. With a 5'x10' material support bed, it can hold up to a 4" thick mild steel plate. A Pneumatically adjusted water bed collects smoke and fume from the cutting process.

Available in multiple configurations and includes all of the components needed to operate the system, including an integrated touchscreen HMI, shape library, motion control system and plasma power supply. This package includes a FineLine 300 amp HD power supply, Lincoln Electric PlateGuard anti-rust anti-growth water table additive, Torchmate CAD/CAM software, and 3 days of Onsite Commissioning and Training.
